Outside the decks are covered in thick teak. The aft deck is really spacious and equipped with a gas plancha, lounging chairs, table and chairs, captains chairs and all covered by a bimini. Wide side decks are protected by solid reassuring stanchions and the foredeck gives access to the gas locker and forepeak. The cabin roof is equipped with a low bimini allowing you to sit in the shade in comfort if you want to avoid the festivities on the aft deck. The inside is accessed either from the stern or from a side door midships to starboard. Starting aft is the swim platform with its hot and cold deck shower then access to the aft cabin with its two bunk berths to starboard. These are 1.9m long by 0.7m wide and convert to a double bed 2m x 1.4m. The aft saloon can be closed off from the sleeping area with sliding partitions to be used as another double cabin (sofa bed) or included as a saloon with sofa, desk and TV. Immediately forward to port is the aft heads with Vacu-Flush toilet, washbasin, washing machine and large opening window for good light and ventilation. To starboard the aft shower with yet another washbasin and large opening window. Headroom in the aft cabin area is 1.9m Next forward is the main saloon with deep windows (all covered in a film to reduce heat transfer) and 2.12m of headroom giving an impression of light and space. Helm to starboard forward and side access door also to starboard. U shaped saloon to port. Forward again to the galley with extensive worktops in a U shape giving a spacious work station for preparing meals. Gas cooker with three burner hob and oven. Slide out cupboards a chest fridge and cabinet freezer. 2.02m of headroom and more opening windows giving light, ventilation and a great view to whoever is on galley duty. Forward again to the main cabin with walkround double bed 2m X 1.23m lots of cupboards and hanging space and again a full 2m of headroom. As in the aft cabin the heads is to starboards and separate shower to port. The boat is centrally heated from a diesel fired boiler (new in 2023) to 7 radiators and 2 airtop fan assisted radiators. The central heating can also be run from the engine or 220v via a dedicated hot water tank. The boat is spray foam insulated, has over 700 liters of water plus a 220 liter hot water tank (heated from the motor and or the 220v when on shore power or generator) so there’s no need to be stingy in the shower.
There is a real feeling of quality about this boat. Not just the joinery and impressive conception but in the mechanical and electrical installations too. The amount of space inside and outside is quite astounding for a vessel of just 15m long.

Broker's Comments
Steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this unique one-off liveaboard cruiser for sale.
What to say about this unique vessel? Built in 2006 and looking almost new! It is a testament to the meticulous maintenance carried out by our vendor (a retired industry professional). Take a look at the photos, videos and VR.
Just 15m long with more accommodation than many a barge twice the length. Quality construction, very clever design and kept like new. This is the one and only example built and it would cost a fortune to order a new one today. Impressive from every viewpoint if you are looking to acquire a top quality vessel with comfortable live aboard cruiser qualities - this boat has to be on your wish list.
