Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 68ft Wide Beam for sale with option of leisure mooring near Limehouse at Burdett Road.

This new mooring location is managed by the Canal & River Trust and the buyer will have the chance to bid for the mooring in an auction. Please note, this is a public auction so there are no guarantees around the mooring.

The boat itself has been beautifully refurbished recently throughout and with three cabins, this boat would make an ideal family home or alternatively for a couple with space for guests to stay.

The open plan living area and galley is very bright and spacious, helped by having no boat moored alongside, and there is a multi fuel stove for heating.

The bathroom has a large shower compartment and composting loo - useful at this location as there are no elsan or pump out facilities.

Burdett Road is conveniently located right next to a supermarket and 10 mins walk from Limehouse DLR station which gives direct access to the City.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
