Broker's Comments
A spacious widebeam that has the benefit of two cabins, with bunk beds that would be ideal for kids. The well-appointed galley has all the facilities you would expect to find in a family kitchen. The open saloon has a sofa that converts to a double bed, so having guests to stay is perfectly possible.
There is a diesel boiler to heat the hot water and a solid flue stove that keeps the whole boat warm during the winter nights.
Mechanically the boat has been very well looked after - the bilge is spotless! The vessel is easy to handle because she is fitted with a powerful bow thruster.
Currently, on a leisure mooring at Shepperton, the expectation is that the vessel can remain in the marina, but potential owners should make their own enquiries directly with the marina office. As a guide, the current mooring fees are approximately £7,200 per annum.
